Reopening on 6 June
We look forward to welcoming you in our cinemas again from 6 June. To ensure that your cinema experience is safe and enjoyable, please note the following information about our reopening.
HYGIENE AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES
We in the cinema industry must also deploy hygiene and safety measures to create a safe environment for our guests and employees. We are observing distancing and adhering to the following measures:
|Self-service disinfectant dispensers|
|No cash payments in the cinema (only credit or debit card)|
|Floor markings to regulate the flow of people|
|Plexiglas protection at all points of sale|
|Hygienic masks are recommended (cannot be bought in the cinema/bowling)|
|Intermediate cleaning of contact points|
|Audiences are guided outside via a marked exit|
|Reduced auditorium usage for your safety (max. 300 p.)|
|One seat remains empty to the left and right of your booked seats|
|Recording of contact details (when buying tickets on site)|
|Bowling balls are disinfected after use by each group|
|Bowling shoes are disinfected after use by each player|
|Recording of contact details|
|Utensils and furniture are cleaned and disinfected in line with the GastroSuisse concept|
|Reduced seating with a security distance|
|Plexiglas partitions between the tables|
|Guests can submit their contact details|
|Possibility to disinfect hands|
|Gaming machines are regularly disinfected|
|Pool table equipment and tables are disinfected after each group plays|

Our cinema programme will be published on 4 June at 6pm.
Ticket purchases and reservations
To avoid queues at the box office, we kindly ask you to purchase your tickets directly via kitag.com or the KITAG App. Online reservations are only available to Carte Bleue holders. We cannot accept telephone reservations until further notice. Thanks for your understanding.
