5.00 pm   Arrival of guests and distribution of shoes
5:30 pm   Introduction and forming of teams, bowling starts, and aperitif service brings drinks to the bowling lanes
7:30 pm   Bowling ends
7:45 pm   Prize ceremony
8:00 pm   End of bowling tournament
